Hi and welcome.
Look up Tribe of Amazon, House of Sandria or Khajit Breeding Co.
All three are female run tribes =)
Kim is the most active at the moment and is head of the Tribe of Amazon.
Rita of House Sandria is currently AFK doing other stuff.
Sekmet of Khajit is currently busy with a new job but would gladly take the hand to handle her menagerie of dinos if you hang around and meet her =)
