Regardless of what you set buildings HP at you will never "encourage online PVP" if the ability exists to offline raid it will be the default choice for raiders.

Simple as that.

might as well by a Ryzen if your going to gimp yourself like that fore a few bucks <$50. The ability to super easily remove a CPU bottleneck is part of the future proofing approach.

Here's my suggestion, I have tried to keep it as cheap as possible but have given you everything you wanted ( including an rgb keyboard with squishy flush keys). https://www.pccasegear.com/sc/kK7 Don't get a Ryzen... Spend the extra few quid and get something i5 (top K model) or an i7... Ryzen whil...

I mean for real though you are keeping 3 servers in a cluster open for 1-2 maybe 3 players on the PVE lot. Just drop em and on wipe try making either the Center on Ragnarok into a scrub map. PVE is dead now and into the future and for the very few that do want it, your PVPVE white list server gives ...

I mean you choose to play PvP, you don't have to log on - if your base gets raided your base gets raided.

Key word there being "was" it also died off in the end and made a metric shit tonne of admin work for munki.

Isn't just going back to the old setting only going to lead to the same things happening as before?

I.e. midnight campers waiting for base damage to go on offline raiding sprees? While the rest of us adults/workers sleep?

I really think you should try the scrub server idea.
