Ok New server usage has been cancelled.... Old server came back online.
theres a bug with the new server thats making it load very slowly, still looking into it

We have resolved this issue.
Report:
- A clients service resulted in the maxing out of one of the main boot SSDs
- We have removed the error and resumed normal operations on this system.
