I've voted no for a couple of reasons. Online raids are great and fun and have their place but so equally do offline raids. I know you can change settings on ORP but of the servers that I've played on with orp there was very little raiding done. So it would be interesting to see what settings you were looking at having on it Munki might help people make up their mind on it they want it. If we can find out the rough settings it would be interesting to see what rules will also be implemented and which will be thrown out.

I'm an instant no as the mod doesn't allow tranqing of passives, whats the point of raiding if a tribes loot can be locked away.

May as well turn pve if that's the case.

Well it has to be a no then?

We can't have a mod that breaks the game...

Always under consideration until its closed.
I will see how the new rules hold up, otherwise ORP2 and no rules and then focus on PvE servers and growing that community.

What are the thoughts about having ORP as .ini code instead of a mod?
