Dino Download will be abused, ppl admin taming max lvl dinos then downloading them in and owning ppl

Dont worry, i have made it clear downloads will never be enabled, we once had a lvl 500 player come over .. kinda ruins the game for people who play the game by the rules, level up... and then have some cheater come over.
