Pubs renovations have been complete, and she now needs a new name...

(1) In honour of the independent nature of the pub, a place where all are safe and the ground is neutral.
(2) Scorched Earth policy is a military strategy designed to devastate all resources in a target area that may be used by an enemy in advance or withdrawal. All assets that may be used are targeted including food and water supplies, industry and transportation.
An invasion strategy so extreme that it is specifically outlawed under article 54 of Protocol I of the Geneva Convention.
