Servers will be enabling BattleEye

Hello All,
I will be enabling Battle Eye upon next update (its set to use Battle Eye for default with the new patch)
Please make sure you have the application installed, it should prompt for install if using the default launch command (second command bypasses BattleEye), you may already have it installed if it doesnt prompt.

I know some people have had issues connecting to servers with this enabled... but for the stability and security of the server this will be enabled after the next update (in 3-4 days)

If you have issues connecting to the server after the update, please follow the below steps:

To fix this issue. Do it in this exact order:
Uninstall battleye in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye

Delete this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye

Then in Steam, go the game library right click Ark: Survival Evolved, select properties, then local files, then "Verify integrity of game cache". Wait until that is done.

Now start Ark normally. Let it install battleye again. When then game is open exit it, and try again.

You can also manually update battleye from it's website:
