Current Patch; 253.96
If you download patch "253.96" ( Which is automatic ) you will not be able to join server, as it has not updated...
( Munki is aware, i've contacted him but he is unavailable )
Server has also been manually rebooted and didn't fix either.

So everyone knows ALL OFFICIAL OCEANIC SERVERS have crashed, and been down for over 14 hours at time of writing.
