You can save by not getting the Z mb and K cpu as these are for oc'ing.

might as well by a Ryzen if your going to gimp yourself like that fore a few bucks <$50. The ability to super easily remove a CPU bottleneck is part of the future proofing approach.

I agree but she did state she has no idea what OC'ing is so would most likely never attempt it. The $$ she can save on non OC parts can be put towards the led's instead.
