Lag rollback's and everything else

let me start of by saying i am new to this server started when it first got wiped this time(about 1 week ago) but am on about 6h a day for that time. I love the admins and the community is amazing and i wish i could find some reason to come back to it but lets get real. Constant lag rubber banding rollback's left and right hours and hours of resource gathering, dino tames and other things. Today was that tipping point for me after being unable to play dude to ark update and the serve taking 1h to update only to come back and find that everything i had done before ark crashed and i had to update was back to how it was before i crash. Only to then have a ping range from 65-255 and constant disconnected so untill all this stuff is sorted have fun and will see you later 
PS. tried other servers and ping was stable so its not my internet
