What do we think about this one? My only thought is that it wouldn't really be changeable compared to a custom built?

My Current Specs i use to play ark on epic:
CPU: i7 3.0 Ghz (Overclocked to 3.4Ghz)
RAM: 24GB
Motherboard: Asus Rampage Extreme 3
Graphics: GeForce GTX 780 Ti
SSD: Samsung Evo 2TB
Monitors: Samsung S27E310 (27 inch) & HP W2371d (23 inch)
Case: Some massive heavy POS - no LEDs.... i hate LED's
OS: Windows 7 64-bit (windows 10 crashes with dual monitors for me)
CPU is liquid cooled ... liquid cooling in definitely needed

Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow Stealth
Headphones: Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma

you want a case where you can upgrade easily, cheaper to replace a graphics card than a whole machine

Here's my suggestion, I have tried to keep it as cheap as possible but have given you everything you wanted ( including an rgb keyboard with squishy flush keys).

Hey mate. If you are after a customisable laptop but you dont want to do the work look up Metabox.

Don't get a Ryzen...

Spend the extra few quid and get something i5 (top K model) or an i7...

Ryzen while still good is not going to be worth it in the long run like a more expensive Intel CPU will be. I've only just upgraded from my 6 year old i5 3570k and that is still going strong and beats out the best Ryzen in every single gaming benchmark there is, even more so when overclocked.

AMD is still a joke.

So basically the difference between what Stick has put together for me (thank you so much Stick!!) and what you are recommending would be this machine? https://www.pccasegear.com/products/393 ... ing-system ?

You could really go either AMD or Intel, its up to you. AMD will give you better bang for buck in the lower end.

So you want to go with the highest tier pc's?

The 1080 ti Graphics card is a beast and will be extremely overpowered unless you match it up with something like this https://www.pccasegear.com/products/337 ... g-monitor/

Im not going to tell you not to go down that route because I run the same graphics card and monitor, but if you will only use this for Ark it will be a LOT of cash spent for minor gains over something in the $3,000 (including monitor) price range.

I think I definitely want to stick to 7700 cpu and 1070 gpu. I like the curved monitor so Ill have a look at a cheaper machine with those two must have bits!
