Egg'n'Poop Collector being removed from PvP cluster

As there is lag on the Ragnarok server which i cant seem to find the cause, i will remove the Egg and Poop collector on Friday 5am reboot to see if this addresses it, depending if lag is fixed or not, will decide to do after test.
