I have been investigating the issue, it appears to be from a recent update and the server reboot most likely cause the roll back, i don't know why it was a whole day as the server is saved every 10 minutes.
The Devs are aware of the issue and released several patches to correct it, but at this stage there isn't anything we can do about restoring from the roll back, once its rolled back its final.
i can only say i'm sorry all your effort was lost (think of it as a second chance), but remember this is an Alpha game and there will be issues, its a bumpy road to a public release and some of us will get sore bums!
If people want i can increase the taming to be quicker ... please put it to a vote, let me know what people feel?
