Graphics Settings Exposed !

This thread pertains to all graphics cards and the tweaks and settings others have used in order to gain the best FPS possible for the system they have at hand. also will be a brief description as to what each setting offers. Please, if you see an error on my behalf go about it the right way and let me know so we can fix it rather than fill the thread with non sense.
I have included a template for you to use inorder to reproduce your in game settings along with your systems CPU / RAM / OS / GPU just those 4 things. please note when advising model numbers to use the most accurate so that others can search via the function rather than the sive.
