Ark Cake for Chaser

Hi Guys,

I wanted to share this cake with you. It was Chaser's 10th Birthday last week and as we just got to celebrate with his last night, his Mum and I made him this awesome cake and CodaCat wanted me to share it on the forum...

Everything but the trees, dinosaurs, taming fence, bridge and candles (obi's) were edible... even the chocolate rocks!!!!

Im not the best cake decorator so be nice. Following this experience I have a new found appreciation for $200 cake decorators hahaha

that's pretty extreme.

i'd have a hard time cutting into it.

It Took a lot of work. the cake base and icing (Water) was made at home, chocolate rocks took an hour drive to get. home made fudge on the side of the cake base and biscuit crumbs for sand, it was genius but hard. 2.5 kg Sugar in it to!!! :o :o :o
One corner of it and i didn't have breakfast the next day i was so full.(It was the corner with all the icing, i didn't have any sand in it.)
