Edit: The monitor you have chosen is geared towards fps games. This monitor will have better colour production being an ips panel and a higher resolution for the same price https://www.pccasegear.com/products/342 ... ng-monitor

OK now I am royally confused hahahaha

So it is ok to pick a 2560 x 1440 resolution monitor for 1080gpu lol?

Yep its fine, the issue with the curved monitor is that its 3440x1440 vs 2560x1440. if you chose a 1070 I would have recommended a 1080p monitor.
