I have been discussing the network issues and what might be causing lag with a network engineer at work, he has suggested i change the profile of the network card...
I will do this tomorrow morning around 7:30am to see if this fixes it.
Server will be down for a few mins while I do this, i will announce in game when it will go down, you wont be given much notice so be prepared.
