disease?

Hi there, so im enjoying the server so far. just a quick question. does this server have disease?

i havnt come across disease yet, and this is my first character ive played on ark. so not so sure.

im asking as i seen that new dino Megalania coming soon, and if there is no disease it kind of makes an awesome dino useless.

Not sure... I've spent about 275hrs on this server and not contracted a disease thus far if that helps. I'm sure someone else will come through with the answer though.

I had swamp fever last september, but it actually takes a decent amount of effort to contract the disease because you need to be bitten by a diseased leech to get it.

FFS don't encourage the disease.

I was on officials when it was introduced and it is a nightmare when it spreads. Griefing is a whole new level when you are offline and someone drops a diseased dodo in your base and you get infected whilst asleep.

Luckily leeches aren't too hard to farm now.
